Call or meet up
Once I've received your inquiry, I'll be back in contact with all the information you need to secure your date and arrange a time to chat over the phone or meet in person.
STEP 03
it's wedding time
About 1 month out from the wedding, I'll send you a questionnaire leading up to the wedding to grab all the information I need to plan for your day. Once I've got this info, I'll work on a photo timeline and make any suggestions that might keep things running smoothly.
STEP 04
Delivering photos
After your wedding, I'll send through your sneak peek within 1 week, and get cracking on your full wedding album. Typical waiting times are between 6-8 weeks for a full gallery.

FAQ
what is your style of photography?
I'm very much influenced by film photography and classic street photography. I'm always looking for something unique and real, whether it's a reaction or a location.
My style is focused on capturing genuine and authentic moments. It's a major influence on the way I photograph weddings.
I like to use punchy colours, black and white, high contrast and a hint of grain in my photography.
What is your turn around time?
I'll have a sneak peek ready for you within 48 hours of your wedding, and the full gallery is typically ready in about 6-10 weeks.
you shoot film and digital?
I'll prioritise shooting your wedding in digital, but I also love to use 35mm film - sometimes in colour and sometimes in black and white.
I want to capture your wedding in the most authentic way I can, and to feel nostalgic when you look back on the photos in years to come.
There's just a unique vibe when shooting with film, which is why I use it along with my digital setup. Nothing is guaranteed, and the moments are real.
Everything shot on film will be scanned in high resolution and delivered alongside your digital gallery.
how much do you charge?
I try to keep it simple and easy for everyone, and offer three main packages for weddings in SA, plus an Interstate & OS package.
For SA weddings I offer a full day, 8 hours and 4 hours package. I'm also more than happy to create a custom package if your looking for something else.

How do we book you?

How many photos do we get?
On average I'll deliver 60-100 images per hour that I'm booked.
I'll always aim to give you the best possible images rather than the most.
do you charge for travel?
There's no charge for travel within 1 hour of the Barossa Valley or Adelaide CBD. An additional charge of $100 applies to cover travel costs for other locations across SA.
My packages for Interstate & OS weddings include travel expenses (Please send a message for more info.)
Can we meet up before the wedding?
Well, the short answer is no... but theres times I might recommend it, although I'm very comfortable working by myself to capture all the elements of your wedding.
You certainly don't need a second photographer, however if you're having a larger wedding or there's a bit of distance being travelled on the day, it might be a good idea. I'm happy to give my advice on this once I know a bit about your plans for the day.
A second photographer will also guarantee a wider variety of shots and angles throughout the wedding.
Can you help us with posing and being comfortable in front of the camera?
Absolutely! I understand that not everyone is accustomed to being in front of the camera. I'm able to provide some easy to follow direction and guidance to capture your most natural and beautiful moments.
Do we need a second photographer?
Absolutely! I'm happy to meet up in person, chat over the phone, or even on zoom.
I love getting to know couples before the wedding day, although it's not something you 100% need to do if you don't feel like it. I'm a pretty easy-going guy and very confident we'll be friends - even if we meet for the first time on the big day.
I also love talking about how to make your wedding the best possible experience, and always happy to bounce ideas off each other. So don't hesitate to send me a text or call me if you feel like it.
Do you need a meal provided?
A meal in the evening would be very much appreciated for bookings 8 hours and longer.
I'm not sure how many calories I burn during a full wedding day, but I'm sure it's a decent amount.
I'll normally bring a light snack in my camera bag, but typically I won't eat much else on the day.
do you shoot weddings overseas or interstate?
Most certainly.
I'm available to shoot overseas and all across Australia. Please send me an email for my rates and travel information.
how long should we book you for?
I have packages that are suitable for all types of weddings.
It really depends on what you are looking for, the type of wedding you're planning and what photos you would like. I'm always happy to chat about the best option to make sure I'm there to capture everything you need.
What are your booking and cancellation terms?
To officially lock your date in, I require a 30% non-refundable deposit, with the final amount due two weeks before your wedding.
My payment and cancellation policies are outlined in detail in my service agreement, which are provided upon booking. If the date needs to be changed I'll always do my best to make it work. My 30% deposit is non-refundable, but I can arrange a refund of the remaining 70% if a new date isn't possible.
I aim to be fair and transparent in all aspects of my services, and guarantee a smooth and worry-free experience.

Along with my photography, I take on a limited number of wedding films each year.
